• Process for returns & exchanges:
  1. Email info@fitfanatic.africa with the item you’d like to return/exchange and confirmation of your shipping address
  2. Your return/exchange will be booked for a set date with the couriers (you will be notified via email)
  3. When the item has been received at the warehouse, it will be checked and booked in
  • We will gladly exchange your purchase provided that:
  1. It is UNWORN and or UNUSED
  2. It is within 14 days of purchase
  3. ALL PRICE TAGS are still attached to the garment and the garment is still in the original delivery packaging
  4. IT IS NOT A SALE ITEM!
  • NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ON SALE ITEMS
  • FitFanatic Active does NOT provide refunds for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Promotional/sale items will be credited for the amount paid and not the value of the garment
  • NO RETURNS AND OR EXCHANGES ON ALL TIGHTS AND LEGGINGS PURCHASED
  • NO EXCHANGES WILL BE DONE FOR INTIMATE GARMENTS SUCH AS UNDERWEAR
  • All items exchanged will be inspected according to the requirements mentioned previously, before an exchange is processed
  • Items returned that are stained, tampered with and damaged due to wear and tear WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED
  • Items that have been damaged due to negligence and/or non-adherence to care instructions WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED
  • Items purchased as gifts will only be exchanged provided that:
  1. It is UNWORN and or UNUSED
  2. It is within 14 days of purchase
  3. ALL PRICE TAGS are still attached to the garment and the garment is still in the original delivery packaging
  4. IT IS NOT A SALE ITEM!
  • FitFanatic will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your purchase for your account to be credited.
