- Process for returns & exchanges:
- Email info@fitfanatic.africa with the item you’d like to return/exchange and confirmation of your shipping address
- Your return/exchange will be booked for a set date with the couriers (you will be notified via email)
- When the item has been received at the warehouse, it will be checked and booked in
- We will gladly exchange your purchase provided that:
- It is UNWORN and or UNUSED
- It is within 14 days of purchase
- ALL PRICE TAGS are still attached to the garment and the garment is still in the original delivery packaging
- IT IS NOT A SALE ITEM!
- NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ON SALE ITEMS
- FitFanatic Active does NOT provide refunds for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse
- Promotional/sale items will be credited for the amount paid and not the value of the garment
- NO RETURNS AND OR EXCHANGES ON ALL TIGHTS AND LEGGINGS PURCHASED
- NO EXCHANGES WILL BE DONE FOR INTIMATE GARMENTS SUCH AS UNDERWEAR
- All items exchanged will be inspected according to the requirements mentioned previously, before an exchange is processed
- Items returned that are stained, tampered with and damaged due to wear and tear WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED
- Items that have been damaged due to negligence and/or non-adherence to care instructions WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED
- Items purchased as gifts will only be exchanged provided that:
- It is UNWORN and or UNUSED
- It is within 14 days of purchase
- ALL PRICE TAGS are still attached to the garment and the garment is still in the original delivery packaging
- IT IS NOT A SALE ITEM!
- FitFanatic will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your purchase for your account to be credited.
